This morning we were having some friends over to play. I went into her room because she had already pulled out almost every toy from her cabinets and I just wanted to put some of it away before our guests arrived.
She came in and asked me what I was doing. I said, "I am trying to clean up your room before your friends get here." She said, "Why, Mom? We're just going to tear it up."
A few minutes later, she was in my bedroom watching TV. I told her to turn the TV off and come out of my room because I wanted to shut the door. She again asks me why (that's a popular question around here lately). I told her that I had not made up my bed and I really didn't want everyone to see my messy room.
So our friends arrive and the first thing out of Eli's mouth is this, "Don't go in my mom's room because she didn't make up her bed."
Ah, the joys of having a chatty baby girl!

Eli is a little snow angel herself in the snow pics. Looks like ya'll enjoyed the snow. We had a great day in the snow too!
She is too much Amanda...wonder where she gets HER chattiness from? Gotta be her Daddy! These girls and their chatty Daddies!
