Best Friends

Elizabeth Grace was so happy to see Mati and Reed. She and Mati couldn't keep their hands off of one another. They love each other so much...it's a shame that we live so far away.
This morning while Mati was at school, Eli read to Reed. They had a great time playing outside at Gemma's.

Congratulations, Carlyle!

Eli and I went to see Carlyle (Reagan's younger brother) graduate from high school. We had such a great time visiting with everyone. Eli was especially thrilled because she got to see Mati and Reed.

She and Mati "spent the night" together at Gemma's house. Eli LOVES staying with Gemma. On the way home, she said, "Mama, I love Gemma and her little bed." Gemma has the most precious toddler bed that Mati sleeps in when she is over there. We had a wonderful time and wish we could see each other more often.

Elizabeth Grace was so excited that is was raining today because it meant she could finally wear her new frog rainboots that Grandmama bought for her. She insisted on wearing them everywhere we went even though they continued to slip off of her feet.

Oh, well...what am I to do with my little fashionista?

Fun at the "Farm"

We took a trip to the "farm" yesterday. We went to David's cabin for a fun-filled day of swimming, boat-riding, and just relaxing by the lake.
Eli had a blast playing with everyone.

My very own "Pinkalicious"

Here she is in all of her "pinkness."
The song that they danced to was called "Baby Take a Bow."
Some of the words were, "..I'm the future Miss America..." "I'm presenting to you right now....baby, take a bow!"
It was such an adorable performance.

Two Peas in a Pod

Okay, Daniel's parents are going to kill me, but I couldn't resist putting the princess picture on the blog. Eli has had so much fun playing with her friend Daniel this year. He comes to play with us about twice a week. As you can see they love to play dress up!

Tap your toes!

Elizabeth Grace just finished her first year of tap class with Mrs. Brenda. I need to post a picture of her in her dance costume. It looks like I poured a bottle of Pepto Bismol over her head! Pink, pink, and some more pink. She looked like a little princess though!We took some pictures at the recital but they were "fuzzy" looking. So I will try to bribe Miss Eli into putting it back on one more time so that I can get a good picture of her all dressed up!

Cruisin'

This is a picture of Miss Eli cruising around in her Barbie Jeep. She thinks she is so cool because it has a real radio in it! I have walked out into our carport many times and found that she's left the radio blaring! I'm sure our neighbors think that we have lost our minds!
